Dear TJPTSA members and the TJ community at large:

As many of you are aware, the Virginia PTA President, Ms. Pamela Croom, emailed an Intent Letter to the TJHSST PTSA Executive Board Members and a separate letter (with a link to the aforementioned Intent Letter at the end) to the TJPTSA general membership on the afternoon of June 23, 2021. We would like to clarify that the VA PTA has NOT yet revoked our Charter. As indicated in the Intent Letter, “a recommendation has been made” to revoke our Charter in view of the reasons enumerated in the letter. The TJPTSA Executive Board has been provided an opportunity to submit a written response by July 7, 2021. Our elected officers will work on the written response.
