The TJPTSA Academic Support Committee is again providing snacks and drinks for all students taking in-person AP exams in May! We’ll be feeding 1100+ students, and most of them will take the in-person AP exams on Monday, May 24, and Tuesday, May 25!
Please sign up at this SUG link (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0B4AA4AE2DAA8-parent) as soon as possible so we can coordinate the volunteers. We will need parent volunteers to purchase individually packaged snacks and drinks (for about 1000 students in total) and deliver them to school on Friday, May 21. We will also need parent volunteers to work half-day shifts to help set up the snack distribution centers around the school and distribute the snacks and drinks on Monday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 25.
If you have any questions, please contact TJPTSA Academic Support Committee co-chairs Haojie Wu at haojie.wu@gmail.com, or Alice Wang at awj2008@gmail.com. More detailed information regarding the actual delivery time etc will be communicated to the parent volunteers as soon as possible. Your help will be greatly appreciated by all the students and teachers!
