Members may sign in at the entrance of the TJ cafeteria from 6:30PM. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; The deadline to purchase TJPTSA membership for the election is 9:00PM, Nov. 10th, 2021 when the PTSA store will be temporarily closed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; A presidential candidate will be either self-nominated or nominated by another member from the floor before he or she may choose to make a statement no longer than three minutes concerning their credentials and\/or plans for the office. A majority of votes cast will be necessary to elect. If no candidate achieves a majority on the first ballot, the second and final ballot will be limited to the two candidates receiving the most votes on the first ballot.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0 The meeting agenda can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tjptsa.com\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2021-11-11-TJ-PTSA-General-Membership-Meeting-Agenda.pdf\">here<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tjptsa.com\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/election-rules.pdf\">election rule<\/a>.
