TJ is giving 4000+ AP exams between May 5-16th. PTSA supports the school in ensuring smooth test administration by recruiting proctor volunteers. Additionally, PTSA provides snacks for the students during their AP exams, which students have identified as a bright spot in an otherwise stressful day. We are currently seeking parent volunteers to fill approximately 150 proctoring positions and another 30 positions to support snack distribution.

Key Points for Proctor Volunteers:
- Please only proctor exams in which none of your students are enrolled, even at another school.
- Mute your phone and refrain from bringing electronic devices. Proctors must focus solely on monitoring the exams; working on other tasks while proctoring is not permitted.
- Be sure to note the specific start and end times for each exam, as durations may vary.
- Each room will have a lead proctor (counselor/staff) in charge. Volunteers are needed to assist them with tasks such as monitoring students, distributing and collecting materials, and supervising the testing room.
- You are strongly encouraged to attend a 30-minute information/training session. Details regarding the date, time, and Zoom link for the evening virtual session will be provided separately.
- Proceed directly to your assigned proctoring room after checking in at the main office.
Key Points for Snack Volunteers:
- Please proceed directly to the PTSA room (#113) after checking in at the main office. A lead volunteer will be available there with all the necessary supplies. The PTSA room is located in between the Art Gallery and Gym 1.
- Volunteers are needed to assist with counting snacks and beverages, as well as delivering the snack carts to the designated exam rooms.
