TJ is giving 4000+ AP exams between May 6-17. We are asking for parents to volunteer their time to help proctor so testing can run effectively and smoothly. Volunteers are needed to walk around the testing room, monitor students, handing out and collecting materials. No special training needed as each testing room will have one lead proctor who will be in charge.
Below are the key points of the session:
- Only proctor AP subjects that your kids are not taking.
- Please mute your phone while proctoring. No other electronic devices are permitted in the AP exam rooms.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please let the lead proctor knows.
- You may walk around or sit periodically at the testing room.
- Please go directly to your volunteering location after check-in.
Please stop by the PTSA room (#113) if you come early or after you finish proctoring. The PTSA room is located in between the Art Gallery and Gym 1. Thank you for your support and commitment to this important event. We appreciate your dedication to our students’ success.
