Join Student Services staff, TJ Administrators, and other Freshman parents at the first session of this three-part book club focusing on “How to Raise an Adult,” by Julie Lythcott-Haims! The goal is to create a space where 9th grade parents can connect with each other and establish their place of belonging within the TJ community, while also providing parenting strategies for highly stressed (involved) teens. This session will cover chapters 1-5. You don’t have to read the book in order to join the meeting, but reading will, of course, enrich your experience. Coffee and refreshments will be provided by the PTSA Health and Wellness Committee.
